Notice to Contractors
The DBE.BIN listing of MDT Certified DBE Contractors is updated for each letting. When downloading files from Bid Express, be sure to also download the latest DBE.BIN file to the same folder as the Bid files (ex. 07DEC.zip). The DBE.BIN file is available in the "Available Downloads" window under an advertised "Letting". Unfortunately, it is not available for download under a particular "Proposal" that is advertised. It must be downloaded from the desired "Letting" that contains the particular "Proposal" you are interested in.

Effective with the December 7, 2017 Letting and beyond, AASHTOWare Project Bids is the required software bidding program for contracts let through the Montana Department of Transportation Contract Plans Bureau.
