SPECIAL NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Transition from Expedite to AASHTOWare Project Bids
Effective with the July 12, 2019 Bid Opening, the Department will be switching from Expedite to AASHTOWare Project Bids. Each contractor will be required to obtain a new Digital ID and download the new software prior to bidding in the July 12, 2019 Bid Opening. A link to Project Bids is available in Downloads section of Bid Express.
In preparation for bidding with the new Software, AASHTOWare Project Bids, please ensure you have done the following prior to bidding:
1. Download the new software.
2. Create your new Digital ID for Project Bids for the new software
3. After you receive notification that the Digital ID has been enabled, request to bid with the Arizona DOT. The agency will receive your request and will approve or reject you for bidding. You will not be able to bid to the agency until the agency has approved your request.
